Staff and students are warned to pay extra attention to personal safety issues, following an indecent assault in the Polygon area of the city.

A young woman was assaulted in Devonshire Road at about 12.30am on Tuesday, 13 January, as she walked home from the Kaos nightclub.

The Police are keen to trace two men who came to her assistance, as they may be important witnesses. As part of the investigation the Police have also issued an efit of the man they wish to speak to in connection with the assault.
