? University Welcome talks – these will cover key induction topics such as health and safety and will include a welcome speech from a member of the senior management team.

? Queue busting in Building 37 – including the changes to the Atrium space e.g. new signage and people on hand to help answer questions and point students in the right direction.

? A comprehensive Halls Pack – a set of information available to students on arrival.
