Researchers in?the Faculty of Medicine?are looking for members of staff to volunteer to help with a study?into?the uptake of omega-3 fatty acids from ‘fish oil’ supplements in healthy humans.
The study, which is being led by Professor?P.C. Calder, needs staff members to volunteer by the 5 December who are the following:
- aged 18 – 65 years
- in general good health
- not already taking fish oil supplements
- willing to attend a clinic at BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 General Hospital on five different occasions spread over 3-4 months
- willing to take a ‘fish oil’ supplement daily for 3 months and to give a blood samples at the clinic visits
You will be reimbursed for participation in the study and for reasonable travel expenses.
