Participants are being sought to take part in a study looking at whether a specific, tailored exercise programme reduces symptoms and inflammation of the airways?of people with asthma.

Participants need to be over the age of 18 and must not currently undertake regular exercise. An initial screening visit will determine a diagnosis of asthma by performing lung function tests.

The study will consist of nine visits to the Clinical Research Facility at University Hospital BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载, as well as?three exercise sessions per week during the exercise programme.

Successful participants will be reimbursed for parking expenses.
