This virtual in-conversation event will address some of the current challenges underlying environment and climate justice in India, and the roles and responsibilities of the government and legislative systems, businesses and industries in tackling climate change across the region.
The conversation will highlight the key legislation and practical solutions being adopted by India to safeguard environment sustainability, alongside fulfilling the commitment towards COP26 and related global sustainable development goals.
The event coincides with the thematic focus of the World Environment Day ‘ecosystem restoration’, and is hosted by the University of BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 India Centre jointly with BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 Law School, under the “Changing the World for Better” (CW4B) Distinguished Speakers Series.
