Each year, world-class mentors and subject experts work with approximately 10 companies over a period of 6 months to give them expert guidance to grow. These companies benefit from high level one-to-one mentoring, workshops with subject experts, peer group support, and the opportunity to be a part of the innovation community at one of Britain’s leading Science Parks.

The programme has now helped over 90 businesses to collectively raise over ?65m in funding and create over 240 jobs. Over the 12 years that the programme has been running, 80% of the businesses supported are still trading, which is double the national average for start-ups.
