We are pleased to announce a new development in UniWorkforce that will be introduced on Monday 20 January. ?As part of our continuous improvement to eRecruit and to support the Reducing Casualisation Strategic Project, we will be launching the UniWorkforce Casual Worker Offer Form.

This new offer form will allow offers of work for casual workers to be made and accepted online, using a similar method currently in place for contractual recruitment. This change is a critical step toward the next phase of development to introduce eRecruit online casual worker timesheets and remove the current Excel spreadsheet.

The offer form will be implemented for both named and sourced OSRFs, however hiring managers will only need to complete an offer form when UniWorkforce source candidates. UniWorkforce will continue to send offers to any named workers.

If you are interested in attending an online demonstration of the new offer form, you can register for the demonstration Casual Worker Offer Form Demonstration which will be held at 14:00 on 14 January 2024.

The demonstration will provide an overview of the offer form and actions required by hiring managers and casual workers. This will be recorded and available to view on the UniWorkforce Manager SharePoint site from Monday 20 January.
