Summer Graduation will take place at O2 Guildhall BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 between Wednesday 16 July and Wednesday 23 July, and in Winchester on Thursday 24 July 2025. Colleagues from across the University community are invited to sign up for a range of key roles, to help make Graduation an occasion to remember.

Why sign up?
Staff support at Graduation ensures that our graduands and their families experience a day full of joy and celebration as their hard work is recognised and rewarded. It is an excellent opportunity for staff to play a part in this key event of the academic year, regardless of their day to day work role.

What do I need to do?
If you’d like to be involved, please have a conversation with your line manager about supporting the event. If you are available, please???complete this form by?Friday 30 May.

What happens next?
Upon completion of the form, the manager of the individual will be notified, and the Graduation Team will contact individuals about their preferred shift times, roles, accessibility requirements and how to join an upcoming briefing session.
