New routes to KEE success
Recent changes to the Career Pathways framework are helping to achieve the KEE Strategic Plan’s ‘People’ goals.
The Enterprise Pathway was refreshed in February, becoming the?Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise Pathway?for staff who contribute to the University mainly through KEE activities. “The aim is to better reflect and recognise the richness and breadth of KEE activities,” said Andrew Gameson, Head of Reward, Recognition and Inclusion.
“Recently, in response to feedback, we have also introduced Enterprise Panels to review staff promotions where the majority of the role involves KEE. Panels now include members with enterprise expertise.”
“I am pleased that we have been able to make these substantial improvements.”
