Last week, the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) met with the joint higher education trade unions to conclude this year’s formal pay negotiation meetings. Following the conclusion of this negotiation stage, UCEA have now written to the joint trade unions with a final offer.

The offer is 1.4 per cent on all points on the pay spine, effective 1 August 2025. The final offer also includes the deletion of spine points 5 and 6, which are not used here at BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载.

The trade unions will now consider their position on the offer, and we await further information regarding the outcome, which we will communicate in due course.

This is not yet an agreed pay settlement outcome, the University has not yet been instructed to implement it.
