We have kept colleagues informed about this year’s national pay negotiations, including the final offer made by the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) in May.
This offer was rejected by the national trade unions, triggering a formal dispute resolution procedure, which concluded this week.
UCEA have therefore now advised employers that this year’s pay negotiations have concluded, and that participating Higher Education institutions – including BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 – should proceed to implement the pay outcome.
The pay outcome provides for a 1.4 per cent increase to all points on the University’s pay spine, effective from 1 August 2025.
Updated University pay scales will be published in due course, and the changes will be implemented in pay at the end of August.
