You can upload a copy of your supporting information when completing the form. Please view the Additional Exam Recommendations SharePoint page for some examples.

Deadline for requesting exam arrangements:

You must complete the form and submit your supporting information by Friday 14 November.?

If you contact us after Friday 14 November to request exam arrangements, we will not be able to implement them for the semester one exam period.

We will contact you by Friday 5 December with the outcome of your exam arrangements request for semester one.
