While?The Student Hub in Building 37 on Highfield Campus will be closed from?Thursday 25?December?to?Saturday 27 December,?it?will remain available?every day between?08:00?and?20:00?for the rest of the break?if you need any in-person support.?Online, and telephone support will still be available during this time.?

Hartley Library and the Health Services Library will?also be available?during?part of?the closure period.?Hartley Library?will only be closed on?Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December,?and?Thursday?1 January, while the Health Services?Library?will be closed?on?Thursday 25 December, Friday 26 December, Wednesday 31 December and Thursday 1 January.??

The Academic Skills Service usual drop-in schedule?won’t?be running?between?Monday 15 December?and?Monday?5?January, when it will resume with Writing Cafés, Academic Skills Drop-ins, and Maths and Stats drop-ins as usual.?

If you would like to use the BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 Sport facilities?over the break, the Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre is only closed?on?Thursday 25?and?Friday 26 December, and open?08:00-20:00 from?Saturday 27 December?until?Friday 2 January, when it returns to?usual?hours.?Other facilities such as?Mayflower Gym and Wide Lane will be closed from?Thursday 25 December,?reopening on?Saturday 3?January.

Food outlets
Many of the University’s catering outlets will continue to be open during the winter break, with opening times varying from week to week. While Piazza will be closed for the duration of the break, The Arlott, Avenue Café, The Artisan (Sir James Matthews), WSA Café, NOC Café, and the Hartley Library Starbucks will still be available. All outlets will be closed for the University closure period from?Thursday 25 December, reopening on?Monday 5 January.

Your Students’ Union
Students’ Union outlets such as The Shop, The Bridge, and The?Stag’s?have varying opening times?during the break, so make sure you?check the SUSU website?if you are planning to visit. Building 42?will remain open from 08:00 to 22:00?during the weekdays?until?Tuesday 23 December.?
The Advice Centre?will?also be available until?Tuesday 23 December, reopening on?Monday 5 January.?
IT support
IT support services, including ServiceLine and our Tech Hubs?in Hartley Library and the Sir James Matthews Building, will?not be available?from?Wednesday?24 December?until?they reopen on?Monday 5?January.?

Events taking place over the break

Be Active sessions such as badminton and table tennis will still be running if you are looking for a way to stay active and make new friends for free.
