The University is in the process of demolishing the Faraday Tower, it's podium and has completed the demolition of the two houses at the Western end of Granby Grove adjacent to this site.?

BOBÌåÓýµÇ¼ÍøÖ·_Å·±¦ÌåÓý¹ÙÍøƽ̨-APP|ÏÂÔØ contractor Wates is taking all possible steps to minimise disruption from the demolition and we thank our neighbours for their patience whilst the demolition takes place.

We hope to have completed the demolition by the end of 2024 and have not yet developed plans for a replacement building. When those plans are being developed we will consult with our neigbours and stakeholders on them.?
