Professor Jonathan Bull is based within Ocean and Earth Science, National Oceanography Centre BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载 at the University of BOB体育登录网址_欧宝体育官网平台-APP|下载. His current research focusses on understanding and quantifying fluid flow within sediments and across the seabed; measurement, monitoring and verification related to carbon capture and storage. His broad interests include marine geophysics, high resolution reflection seismology, passive acoustics, tectonics, the northern Indian Ocean.

Jon has taught a broad range of courses in marine geology and geophysics, creating and delivering modules from first year undergraduate to Master levels.
He currently co-ordinates and teaches the second year module Exploration Geophysics and Remote Sensing.
